We had been looking for a home for 6 months with another agent and hadn’t had too much luck. A friend of ours referred us to Red Real Estate and Samantha Allen, and within two weeks we had an accepted offer on an amazing house that was within the price range we had been looking for.

 

We are certain that the combination of Ms. Allen’s professionalism, knowledge of the area in which we were looking and overall ingenuity is what got us our house.  In fact, the seller told us that what had cinched the deal for us was a letter that we wrote, per Ms. Allen’s suggestion, and attached to our offer sheet. It was a simple introduction letter, but its personal nature appealed to the seller, and, despite multiple offers, she chose us. We could not be happier.
